Terms of Service

These terms describe your relationship with Piping.Tools and the obligations that apply when operating shared drawing registers, weld logs, transmittals, and billing modules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Piping.Tools you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts & Access
You must keep credentials secure and ensure project collaborators follow your internal policies. We may suspend access for misuse, unlawful activity, or platform abuse.
3. Service Scope
The platform provides drawing registers, weld tracking, material cert storage, and related automation. Availability is “as is” with commercially reasonable efforts for uptime.
4. Customer Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all drawings, certificates, and metadata uploaded to the service. We act only as a processor to host and surface that information to users you authorize.
5. Payment & Renewals
Paid modules renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Taxes and third-party fees are your responsibility. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
6. Confidentiality & Security
We implement layered security controls, encryption, and audit trails appropriate for engineering data. Notify us immediately of suspected breaches at security@piping.tools.
7. Warranties & Liability
Except as required by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. We may terminate upon notice if you materially breach the Terms or use the platform for unlawful work. Upon termination, export data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Ireland.
